Absolutely Disgusted

So how many are you single(like me *high 5*)? And how many of you have a partner?

Why am i asking this question? Explanation as follows ;)

So, i have this Facebook friend, a Malaysian Chinese in his thirties and living in a different state as i am. So, recently, he has been posting regarding his newfound partner(a Vietnamese). He just got together with her (i have no idea whether is it official or non-official) but he has been calling her his "wifey". WTF. Can this "wifey" title be used so randomly? Another friend of mine also have been called her partner's wifey when their relationship is so unstable and i'm guessing is just mainly sex based. I'm not judging here but its clearly written in her Facebook.

So back to that Malaysian Chinese. Yesterday, he posted quite a few status regarding their breakup. We are guessing that she found someone better and left him. He seemed so heartbroken, saying stuffs like our love has ended, don't think of him(which i don't think she will) etc etc. And today, he appeared on my Facebook news feed again, with a picture of him with a new Vietnamese girl saying that he's feeling lovely wtf and in the comment, he said she loves him and he loves her. BIG WTF!! Err hello? Break up yesterday and today found new girl and some more say its love?

That absolutely disgust me and hence the title. He found a new partner, good for him! But saying that he loves her after just going through a break up less than 24 hours? That is disgusting. How can this be so easy? How can human heart changes so quickly?

My faith in men is gone. I have no idea what guys are after and what i even more don't understand is how can they not be serious in relationships or towards how they feel. Probably thats the reason i'm single.



A note to you:-

Mind you, I am not desperate for a relationship. In my opinion, if it happens, it happens. If you are interested in me, you gotta make the move. I am not gonna sit here and just carry on hoping that you will ask me out. Whatever it is, the ball is in your court. Like it or not, I still think that guys should still make the first move. Or else, I will just carry on living my life until someone who is brave enough to ask me out comes along. 

Ok. Enough ranting. Heading out with YL to Jojo Pan Mee for lunch and Epicuro for coffee and dessert later. Might post some pictures. Or might not.
